Why is ST discount not included on the GK shirts?
We are extremely proud to offer five different playing shirts for purchase this season, a first for the club. This was made possible by the incredible support from our fans, which gave us the confidence to include goalkeeper kits in the retail range.
As noted on the ticket section of our official website (https://www.crawleytownfc.com/tickets/season-tickets), season ticket discounts are specifically applicable to the home, away, and third strips only.
In terms of value, our kits are one of the most affordable in the division at standard price—becoming even cheaper when the Season Ticket Holder discount is applied—reflecting our continued commitment to maintaining fair pricing for all supporters.
The discount appears to have been applied on a very small amount of transactions, which we will honour, but the discount will now only apply to home, away and third shirts. A very limited run of goalkeeper shirts were ordered, as the club are still obtaining data of how popular these are.
Lots of comments around the PA system
(I think East Stand), although I also observed music playing over our history video (Frustrating as Crewe were in town a chance to rub it in about the playoffs ;-) )
We are fully conscious of the various flaws in our PA system and are currently consulting with multiple highly-respected companies regarding potential upgrades. As supporters will understand, these improvements require significant investment, so we are taking a deliberate approach rather than rushing. We hope to share a formal update in the near future.
Regarding the hype video playing without sound, this was due to an unfortunate technical glitch that have investigated and resolved. While it would have been great to enjoy that moment given the opposition, unfortunately they secured the victory yesterday.
ACTION : Club to share progress on PA System at next FAB meeting
A number of comments about increased away travel, Devils Own also talking about looking at offering coach travel which could impact GH (I will discuss with Alain)
Since GH Away Travel is an independent service, I spoke directly with Alain regarding this matter.
Upon reviewing the situation, prices did need to be adjusted upward due to rising operational costs. However, Alain implemented a tiered structure where only 7 of the 23 clubs carry the top £50 fare, while trips to the remaining destinations range from £40 to £45. We also explored alternative revenue streams, such as securing match-specific sponsorships, which may be introduced as the season moves forward. Furthermore, if demand allows us to fill multiple coaches, any generated profit will be reinvested into coach travel to help GH lower prices for select upcoming fixtures.
Anyone who has traveled with GH Away Travel knows how great the service is, particularly with the pub stops and buffets provided on longer journeys.
Snacks have increased by £1 over the summer, also a comment about can we use the same pie company that does the Brighton Ladies games?
A comprehensive competitive review was conducted across all concession items. Although certain prices have gone up, none have seen an increase as high as £1. The club remains dedicated to offering fair value to supporters.
If anyone believes their concession prices rose by over a pound, they should contact the club directly, so they can investigate the matter.
Regarding catering suppliers, the club confirms that Piglets Pantry provides pies for all stadium matches including Brighton & Hove Albion Women’s matches.
East Stand - toilet sign points right to away fans, also Block signs are at the back of the stand can we add something at the front (good question for both east and west)
The club will review this issue and investigate adding signage at the front as well, which appears to be a practical approach.
ACTION : Club to share review with FAB and will be discussed at next meeting
